Settling into Our New Home in Whitney Beach

The move to the Whitney Beach Plaza was a success and we are all settling into our new office quite well. Though we encountered a few minor moving problems, including downed telephone lines, we are now back up and running smoothly and appreciate everyone’s support and understanding attitude. We have welcomed many past guests over the last few days and the traffic at the shopping plaza has brought in a multitude of new, friendly faces and potential guests. Along with an increase in walk in activity, our new location offers some of the many perks of Longboat Key: the office backs up to a canal and the beach is just a few steps away - we even have an egret that lives in our back yard!

Occupancy rates are sky rocketing and national media attention on Longboat Key & Anna Maria Island have brought many new travelers to our area. As the weather warms and the beaches crowd, we look to this season and year with excitement. Our dedication to customer service is unparalleled and though we are in a new location, we can assure you that we will provide the same great service and exceptional rental properties we have been offering since our formation in 1949!
